Dispatch Times

• Our standard dispatch time is 2-4 working days. However, we always aim to send your order sooner whenever possible.

• If you need your order faster, select ‘Express Dispatch’ at checkout, and we’ll ship it within 1-2 working days.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services:

• Tracked 24 – Aims to deliver within 1 working day from dispatch.

• Tracked 48 – Aims to deliver within 2 working days from dispatch.

• Express orders will always be sent via Tracked 24.

• Orders that qualify for free delivery (£30+) will be sent via Tracked 48.

With Royal Mail Tracked, you’ll receive SMS and email updates, plus options to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if needed.

We currently ship to England, Scotland, and Wales.

Returns Policy

We want you and your furry friend to love every purchase from InuTreatCo! If there’s an issue, here’s how returns work:

• You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items.

• Food items (including treats and chews) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Other products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

• If an item is returned in used or poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• If returning an item, we recommend using a tracked service, as the responsibility for lost or damaged returns rests with you.

Refunds Policy

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

If you’re returning an item due to a fault or damage, please contact us with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
